We focus on what we CAN change:
our thoughts and our behaviour.
We honour the fact that every person is
intrinsically creative, resourceful and complete.
My Definition of Coaching:
Coaching is the process of entering into a professional relationship with an ethical coach who helps you to make progress and attain growth in your life.
During the process of coaching, you may:
• increase your awareness;
• adjust your frame of reference;
• gain understanding and insight;
• clarify your goals;
• identify potential obstacles;
• add meaning to your life and
• choose to utilise the “tools” which will enable you to do things differently.
All our thoughts, words and actions return to us - not as a reward or a punishment, but as a consequence. |
During the coaching process, I hold up the proverbial mirror which reflects your current patterns of behaviour and your thought processes.
Furthermore, when required, I challenge obsolete thought patterns and belief systems, and invite you to explore and create new and often wondrous possibilities which could lead to new realities.
In each session, you direct the focus of the conversation, while I listen, reflect on your observations and contribute to the process by asking questions.
This interaction leads to clarity. It prompts you to choose how you respond. I then support your progress by providing focus and accountability.
The process is a combination of:
- your frankness;
- your intent;
- the choices you make and
- your responses;
Coaching concentrates on: - where you are in your life right now; - what you are capable of doing and - getting you where you want to be. | ![]() |
